The experience must be completed within one year from the date of purchase. The date must be selected according to calendar availability and taking into account seasonal closure periods.
EXPIRED TICKETS
You can renew an expired ticket by purchasing a renewal voucher at a cost of €9.90 each.
Send us a copy of your expired tickets by email to info@lagomaggiorezipline.it with a request to renew.
Useful Info
- As soon as the purchase is completed, you'll receive a confirmation email where you can download the tickets to give to the lucky person who's going to ride the Lake Maggiore ZIPline.
- The name of the buyer and the ticket price will be shown on the ticket. However, the tickets will not be in your name, so your recipient can easily book with the ACCESS CODE printed on each ticket. You can black out or hide the price before gifting the ticket.
- "Give the gift of flight" tickets MUST be used within one year from the date of purchase, taking into account the dates available on the calendar and seasonal closures.
- If you can't buy online, you can purchase your tickets at authorised Vivaticket outlets. Please note: the terms and conditions also apply to tickets purchased at Vivaticket outlets.
